1. Can you build me a custom guitar?
ANSWER: Sure, just CONTACT ME and we can discuss your requirements for the build.
2. Do you ship worldwide?
ANSWER: Yes, I ship worldwide using a trackable and insured courier service. Shipping is FREE worldwide.
3. How do I make a purchase?
ANSWER: Simply use the BUY IT NOW buttons in my SHOP, or CONTACT me directly at:

4. What methods of payment do you accept?
ANSWER: As of writing I accept Paypal only as the method of payment.
5. Will I get updates on a custom build or if I'm waiting on a guitar which you just sold and are just rebuilding?
ANSWER: Yes, any guitar that I need to build for you for any of the above reasons I will update you with the progress. (Please scroll down the page for more information on the ordering process.) However, please do bear in mind that I cannot update you unless you allow me time for the build to progress. Therefore I do appreciate your patience as this gives me a lot more time to get on with the job at hand.
6. Are cases available for the guitars?
ANSWER: The price of my guitars does not include case. However all guitars will be well packed before shipping to ensure safe arrival of goods.

8. Why are your guitars so competatively priced as opposed to some other custom built brands?
ANSWER: all my guitars are built by myself only. I do not employ anyone else throughout the entire build and therefore I am able to keep costs at a minimum. This way I am in full control throughout the entire building process of the guitar, and you as a customer are able to obtain one of my lovely guitars at a very good price :-)
9. Can you build a left handed version of your guitars?
ANSWER: I am happy to announce that I do build left handed guitars. CONTACT ME for pricing and further details.
10. What is your refund policy?
ANSWER: As standard for all my builds if you are unhappy with your guitar build and would like to return for a refund you can do so within 14 days of receiving your guitar. The refund will be minus 10% restocking fee and carriage charge. You will be responsible for the carriage charges. My guitars come with a 2 month guarantee so if something goes wrong with the guitar during this time I'll be able to repair it for you free of charge providing it is still within guarantee. All carriage charges will be the responsibility of the client.
Any extra work done to the guitar during this 2 month period will void the guarantee. I will no longer be responsible once any outside work is done.
ORDERING PROCESS (What happens after when an order is made)
Once a payment is received when you make a purchase either through my shop or through me directly, I will send a confirmation email to you. Your order will be placed in the queue and I will build your guitar for you. I work on a first come first served basis so an order is only placed in the building queue once full payment is received. That way I am able to keep track of the builds. Depending on how busy I am, a guitar is usually shipped within 2 weeks. Most guitar models I have in the shop I usually have atleast a couple pre-painted bodies and necks of each model. That way you don't have to wait months for paint to dry even before I can begin to think about building your guitar. Once an order is made I can then use the already sprayed body and neck and go about ageing them authentically. During the build process I will update you directly via email with photo updates. If you have FACEBOOK you can join my friends list and I can update you through FACEBOOK aswell.

When your guitar is complete and fully set up and boxed, I will update you once more before it is shipped out. I ship out all my guitars via a trackable delivery service WORLDWIDE. Once a tracking number is provided by the courier service I will then pass on this information to you. Remember, when you by a guitar from me, it's FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE!!
